For New Year, Metinvest decided to provide its mobilized employees with necessary things for the winter. The company spent almost 12 million UAH on the project.
Each mobilized employee received a set of warm clothes: thermal underwear, socks, balaclavas, gloves and insoles, all packed in a rucksack.
“Now over 7 thousand Metinvest employees as part of various military divisions step by step rid our land of occupiers. The Metinvest Group is their support in this. The company has actively joined the Steel Front Initiative to provide Ukrainian defenders with bulletproof vests, helmets, thermal imagers, drones, fuel and shelters. It is very important for us to make our warriors as protected from bullets and shells as possible and fell our support. Thus, with the onset of cold weather the group has bought warm clothes for all our mobilized employees that are necessary on the front line in winter. We bow to the strength, bravery and patriotism of our defenders. They are the support of the country. I am sure that thanks to such heroes we will win. We believe that the peace will be reached soon and all of them will return to their families and the great Metinvest family,” the group CEO Yuri Ryzhenkov has said. (Ukrainian metal)
