Metinvest under its “Steel Front” initiative has provide the Defence Intelligence Service with 110 thermal imager sights valued at around 11 million UAH.
Such devices are used in the enemy rear in special operations, as well as when patrolling on own territory.
“We have been waiting long for this batch of sights, since there are operations that need using special expensive devices, which are hard to come by. Metinvest always helps the army,” the service representative Andriy Yusov has said.
The sights were purchased all over the world and it took around 3 months to deliver them to Ukraine. (Ukrainian metal)
