In April, Ukraine decreased steel output 7.4-fold YoY, to 250 thousand tons.
Thus, Ukraine has fallen to the 36th place among 64 countries – main global steel producers, according to Worldsteel.
In March, Ukraine produced 200 thousand tons of steel, while in April 2021 – 1.85 million tons.
In January-April, Ukraine occupied the 18th place with 3.68 million tons of steel, down by 48.5% YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
