In January-April, Ukraine procured 620.1 thousand tons of scrap, down by 50.4% YoY.
Exports totaled 7.1 thousand tons, down from 87 thousand tons last year, and imports – 0.1 thousand tons, down from 7.8 thousand tons.
Scrap deliveries to metal companies decreased by 47.1%, to 583.5 thousand tons.
Scrap stocks are estimated at less than 60 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
