Shareholders of Zaporozhye Ferro Alloys Plant intend to leave all the profit received in 2018 (112.581 million UAH) undistributed.
According to the agenda of the meeting scheduled for May 21, the dividends will not be paid.
In 2019, the company received a net loss of 600.669 million UAH. As of late 2019, the undistributed profit amounted to 991.383 million UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
