Interpipe Nizhnedneprovsk Pipe-Rolling Plant has postponed the general meeting of its shareholders scheduled for April 29 due to quarantine and coronavirus.
Last year, the company increased its net profit 3.5-fold YoY, to 3.562 billion UAH. Undistributed profit totaled 3.875 billion UAH.
This year Interpipe NTZ intends to sell 367.6 thousand tons of pipes and receive a net income of 12.2 billion UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
