The Antimonopoly committee of Ukraine has fined Corum Ukraine for 53 million UAH and the scientific and manufacturing company Mining Machines for 3.3 million UAH for the breach of the legislation on economic competitiveness protection.

The AMCU found out about the violations at the three auctions held by the state enterprise Lvivugol, in which the companies participated.

The auctions were held at the Prozorro system. The state enterprise ordered 2 mining machines as well as elevators and conveyers for the combined total of 330 million UAH.

But the companies have agreed on their behavior, so there has been no competition. (Ukrainian metal)
