In September Severstal Steel Ropes Volgograd subsidiary produced 2541 km of strands, setting another manufacturing record.
The company is able to produce steel ropes with the diameter of 20 to 39 mm both according to GOST and EN.
“For the past several years we have been carrying out a large-scale modernization of the steel rope machinery. This allows, among other things, increasing output. We have reached the highest monthly output result in 5 years”, the company executive director Yuri Blinkov said. (Ukrainian metal)
