During the official visit of the president Vladimir Putin to Saudi Arabia, ChTPZ Group has concluded a memorandum of cooperation with local corporations.
In particular, the memorandum was signed with Lamar Saudi United Holding Company.
Under the agreement the parties will determine terms and volumes of deliveries to the Near East, creation of a joint venture and the possible localization of manufacture in the kingdom.
“The group is interested in developing cooperation with the largest industrial holdings of Saudi Arabia. We have an experience of supplying seamless pipes to the Near East. I am sure the memorandum signed will strengthen our commercial connections and expand our presence on the market”, ChTPZ board chairman Andrei Komarov said. (Ukrainian metal)
