Severstal Steel Ropes has completed a project to develop packaging, copper and steel-aluminum ropes manufacture.
Investments exceeded 260 million rubles.
The project started in March 2019 and included two stages running at the same time – the placement of the packaging site in new premises and the creation of a manufacturing site to produce copper and steel-aluminum ropes.
Two rope machines have been put into operation, as well as a drying chamber and the dust-exhaust system for the packaging site.
Now the company can produce copper and steel-aluminum ropes with the diameter of 7 to 27 mm. The capacity of the site is 400 tons of ropes per month. (Ukrainian metal)
