In January-September the East-Siberian Railroad transported 47.4 million tons of cargo, down by 0.5% YoY.
In particular, 4.4 million tons of iron ore were transported, up by 14.8%, and 418 thousand tons of ferrous scrap, up by 11.5%.
At the same time transportation of coal dropped by 2.1%, to 21 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
