ChTPZ Group has started transforming its scrap-procuring division, the Meta Group of Companies.
The program will run till 2023 in 2 stages.
During the first stage, until 2021, the company will get a new target system of business processes and implement a number of IT-tools to manage and control scrap procurement and processing.
The second stage, until 2023, will see Meta focusing on regional development and reaching the blocking share on the local market.
The transformation program is expected to result in the EBITDA growing to 1 billion rubles until 2023. (Ukrainian metal)
