In July Sverdlovsk Railroad transported 12.1 million tons of cargo, up by 2.1% YoY.
In January-July throughput totaled 81.5 million tons, up by 0.1% YoY.
In particular the railroad transported 6.2 million tons of ferrous metals, up by 3.1%, and 1.3 million tons of coke, up by 3.7%.
At the same time the transportation of ferrous scrap dropped by 6.3%, to 1.3 million tons, manganese and iron ore – by 2.3%, to 7.1 million tons, and non-ferrous ore – by 2.9%, to 3.7 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
