United States International Trade Commission has decided not to cancel antidumping duties on the carbon flat hot-rolled steel originating from Ukraine, as well as China, India, Indonesia, Taiwan and Thailand.

The decision has been taken under the third 5-year sunset review.

US for the first time imposed a 90.33% antidumping duty on Ukrainian hot-rolled metal in 2001. In 2007 the duty was prolonged for 5 years, and in 2014 – for 5 more years. (Ukrainian metal)
