In 2019 the gold-extracting factory of Polyus Aldan, which operates on the territory of the Kuranakh ore field in Yakutia, intends to process 5.6 million tons of ore with the average content of 1.2 g of gold per ton.
In March the record volume of gold was received – 1 ton. By the end of the year the enterprise plans to have produced 6 tons of gold.
The site of the heap leaching intends to process 1.5 million tons of ore with gold content of 0.7 g per ton.
Last year the site reached the level of 1.5 million tons per year. The site was commissioned in 2017. (Ukrainian metal)
