In January-March Irkutsk region mined 3247.3 kg of ore gold, on par with the corresponding period of 2018.
At present Polyus Verninskoye, Druza LLC, Vysochaishiy and its enterprise Ugakhan LLC are mining gold in the region.
Polyus Verninskoye accounted for the most gold in Q1 – 1882.2 kg.
Alluvial sites development will start in May.
In 2018 Irkutsk region yielded 24.86 tons of gold, including 10.92 tons of alluvial gold and 13.93 tons of ore gold. (Ukrainian metal)
