In 2018 the volume of industrial output in Donetsk region (not taking into account temporarily occupied parts) grew by 2.2% YoY.
In particular, coke output increased by 8.1%.
At the same time metal manufacture dropped by 4%.
Coal mining increased by 12.6%, to 11.8 million tons.
Pig iron output dripped by 0.7%, to 8.2 million tons, steel – by 4.1%, to 7.8 million tons, and rolled metal – by 6.1%, to 4 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
