In January-March, global steel output amounted to 469.06 million tons, up by 0.47% YoY.
According to Worldsteel, China remains the global leader in steel production, having manufactured 256.55 million tons of steel, down by 1.9%. The share of China in global steel output is 54.7%.
Ukraine retained its 23rd place among 71 producers by manufacturing 1.69 million tons of steel, up by 36.58%. (Ukrainian metal)
