In January-September Russia increased pig iron exports by 27% YoY, to 4.3 million tons valued at $1.6 billion, up by 40%.
According to the customs statistics, exports to US accounted for 53.1%, up by 3.2%.
Hong Kong imported 572 thousand tons of pig iron, Italy – 492.2 thousand tons of pig iron, up 2.5-fold, and Turkey – 318 thousand tons, up by 5.2%. (Ukrainian metal)
