The state enterprise Ukrpromvneshexpertisa forecasts that in mid-December the average price of ferrous scrap on the domestic market will grow by 4.11% MoM, to 7756 UAH per ton.
In November prices increased by 7.97% MoM, to 7450 UAH per ton.
Last month metal companies continued increasing purchase prices in order to revitalize deliveries.
The main price growth driver was Interpipe Steel, which considerably increased prices and made other market players raise their prices accordingly. (Ukrainian metal)
