The Ministry of economic development and trade has created a list of goods, the export and import of which are subject to licensing, as well as quotas for 2019.
The ministry suggests zeroing quotas for silver, gold (except for bank metals), scrap and waste of precious metals again next year.
It is also suggested to start licensing the export of anthracite. (Ukrainian metal)
