Shareholders of Interpipe Novomoskovsk Pipe Works intend to turn the enterprise from public joint stock company into a private one.
The issue will be discussed at the extraordinary meeting scheduled for December 14.
The shareholders also want to renew the statutory documents, as well as documents on the general meeting, supervisory board, revision commission, etc.
Interpipe Limited (Cyprus) owns 89.239% of the company. (Ukrainian metal)
