In August Russia imported 74.1 thousand tons of flat galvanized rolled metal (including coatings with aluminum), down by 4.5% YoY.

In January-August imports dropped by 7.4%, to 392.2 thousand tons, valued at $393 million, up by 4%.

Kazakhstan supplied the most – 46%, down by 2.3%. The average price on the Russian border was $739.3 per ton without VAT.

The share of China was 21%, down by 11.7%, with the price of $783 per ton. South Korea increased supplies by 13%, to 13.6%, with the price of $870 per ton. (Ukrainian metal)
