In January-September Russian ports handled 604.2 million tons of cargo, up by 4% YoY.
According to the Association of the Sea Trade Ports, in particular the throughput of coal totaled 121.9 million tons, up by 5.4%.
The throughput of ferrous metals grew by 8.5%, to 22.6 million tons, of scrap – by 13.6%, to 3.2 million tons and of non-ferrous metals – by 2.6%, to 2.8 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
