On September 27 the first and second busbar systems of the Chelyabinsk Electrometallurgical Works power substation were shut down.
According to the Ministry of Energy, the works was cut off grid.
The emergency brigade repaired the substation systems. The works receives electricity.
The malfunction is being investigated. (Ukrainian metal)
