Russia: ChEMK fined for environment violations

The prosecutors of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District have checked the compliance with the environment legislation by Chelyabinsk Electrometallurgical Works. As a result, multiple violations have been found. In particular, ChEMK pollutes the Makar-Ruz and Yengai rivers, stores wastes, and violates fire and industrial safety.
