The General Prosecutor’s Office of Russia has demanded to transfer three plants of Chelyabinsk Electrometallurgical Works (ChEMK) to the state ownership, the products of which are used by the military complex.
The basis for the nationalization is cited as illegal privatization of the enterprises in the 1990s and exports to the USA.
The claim was addressed to the owners of the plants – Yuri and Luidmila Antipovs. (Ukrainian metal)
