In August Ukraine went up to the 12th position in the rating of the 67 countries, compiled by Worldsteel.
China was traditionally the first with 80.326 million tons produced in August, up by 2.7% YoY.
Ukraine produced 1.786 million tons, down by 3.7%.
All in all in August world steel output grew by 2.6% YoY, but dropped by 1.8% MoM, to 151.74 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
