In January-July Russia exported 27.452 million tons of ferrous metals, up by 13.5% YoY.

According to the Federal Customs Service, the exports of ferrous metals without pig iron, ferroalloys, scrap and wastes totaled 17.904 million tons, up by 5.9%.

The exports of semi-finished products of carbon steel reached 9.507 million tons, up by 14.8%, of flat rolled metal – 4.774 million tons, down by 10.5%.

In July Russia exported 3.82 million tons of ferrous metals, down by 13.6% MoM. Semi-finished products exports dropped by 2%, to 1.335 million tons, while flat rolled metal – by 13%, to 0.65 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
