In January-June Tulachermet produced 1.27 million tons of pig iron, up by 3% YoY.
The increase is due to the modernization of the blast furnace No. 3 in 2017, as well as the improvement of the quality of raw materials supplied to the company.
Iron ore output dropped by 4%, to 2.48 million tons, with iron ore concentrate down by 3%, to 1.1 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
