In January-September Tulachermet decreased pig iron exports by 7.2% YoY, to 1.37 million tons.
In particular, deliveries to the USA dropped by 8.6%, to 877 thousand tons, and to Turkey – by 28.5%, to 110 thousand tons.
At the same time exports to Spain resumed (they were stopped in October 2017) and reached 90.2 thousand tons.
Sales to domestic customers decreased by 4.4%, to 196.5 thousand tons. The main customer was Vyksa Iron and Steel Works accounting for 112 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
