Tulachermet, a part of PMH, intends to shut down its blast furnace No. 3 for capital repairs in late March.
Earlier the company intended to conduct repairs in April-May.
The furnace will be shut down for a month.
The blast furnace No. 3 is the largest at Tulachermet. It is capable of producing 4.5 thousand tons of pig iron per day. At present it accounts for some 70% of pig iron output. (Ukrainian metal)
