Severstal board of directors has recommended paying dividends for April-June in the amount of 45.94 million rubles.
The voting on the issue will be held at the next shareholders meeting scheduled for September 14.
The list of the shareholders entitled for the dividend payment will be created on September 25. (Ukrainian metal)
