The United States Department of Commerce has prolonged for a year the agreement with Interpipe, signed in July 2014, to suspend the antidumping investigation on pipes in exchange for price obligations on deliveries.

The amendments to the contract will expire on July 10, 2019.

Interpipe asked to prolong the agreement in November 2017. The department used this time to collect comments of the parties to the issue and decided to prolong the agreement taking into account the situation in Ukraine. (Ukrainian metal)
