Vadim Dubasov has been appointed the Severstal Russian Steel director of investments. His predecessor Sergey Sidorkov will continue working as the director of the center on investment projects.
Dubasov started working with Evrazholding in 2001.
In 2010 he went to work as the senior project manager at Evraz NTMK.
From October 2012 till March 2018 he has been serving as the director of project management at NLMK. (Ukrainian metal)
