As of June 5, the total salary debts to miners for two months have reached 1 billion UAH.
Salary debts at state mines total 400 million UAH, according to the Ministry of energy and coal industry, but in reality the sum is almost 1 billion UAH, as the ministry does not take into account 500 million UAH not paid in May.
The salary debt at the state enterprise Volynugol for March-April is 5.22 million UAH.
Lviviugol in early June received a part of the money from coal sales, which was spent to pay salary. Thus, Lvivugol miners salary debts for April have been cleared.
Salary debts in Donetsk and Lugansk regions are 210.86 million UAH and 132 million UAH respectively. In particular, Selidovugol has to pay 120 million UAH, including 34.2 million UAH of the 2015 debt.
Lisichanskugol’s debts to miners is almost 70 million UAH, including 20 million for the previous three years. (Ukrainian metal)
