The terrorist organizations of the Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics, created and supported by Russia, intend to start producing large diameter pipes within the cooperation program of Alchevsk Iron and Steel Works and Khartsyzsk Pipe Works.
Both companies are controlled by Vneshtorgservice of the fugitive oligarch Sergey Kurchenko.
The electricity line will be repaired soon, allowing Alchevsk Works to start producing rolled metal, which will be used to manufacture pipes in Donetsk.
