On June 30, a meeting was held at Khartsyzsk Pipe Works, situated in the Russia-occupied part of Donetsk region managed by the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic, a terrorist organization created and supported by Russia.
It was decided to transfer the enterprise to the “state enterprise” Ugol Donbassa.
