Tulachermet-Stal is carrying out cold tests and preparing for the hot tests of its rolling machinery.
The company will be the first new integrated bar-rolling manufacture in modern Russia on the basis of a highly efficient converter technology.
Tulachermet-Stal will create some 1700 jobs.
The commissioning of the enterprise is scheduled for H2.
The capacity of the company will be 1.5-1.8 million tons of rolled metal per year. (Ukrainian metal)
