The State Service of Geology and Subsoil Use has suspended special permits to mine coal of the Mine “Rossiya” LLC and the Mine 1-3 Novogrodovskaya LLC.
The basis for the suspension of the permits is the violation of two clauses of the “Ukrainian Subsoil Code”.
The service has given the companies 10 days to set things right.
Both companies were registered on the same day – February 27, 2012 – at the same address in Novogrodovka (Donetsk region). Both duplicated the names of the corresponding mines of the state enterprise Selidovugol.
On July 25, 2012 the Service granted the companies the special permits for the development of a number of state mines for 20 years. (Ukrainian metal)
