At the meeting of the Lviv regional council the acting CEO of the state enterprise Lvivugol Oleg Akimov voiced two main problems: the cooperation with Lviv Coal Company and the further operation of the state enterprise as one complex.
“We have been able to finally reach the level when we can work with profit. But the Lviv Coal Company is blocking our operation by not supplying and not processing our coal”, he said.
The problems started last autumn, and this situation prevents Lvivugol from increasing its assets needed for the stable operation.
“We see only one way out – to return the processing factory (Lviv Coal Company) to the single chain of the state enterprise”, he added. (Ukrainian metal)
