The Antimonopoly Committee has fined Group Profitrade LLC and UKOR Engineering Center LLC for 136 thousand UAH for violations of the trade regulations.
The state enterprise Lvivugol announced a tender to purchase electric engines valued at 1.7 million UAH.
The committee found out that the companies prepared documents on the same printer and uploaded them to the Prozorro site from the same IP-address with the difference of 13 minutes.
Moreover, the companies were related – they had same employees and Profitrade borrowed money from UKOR. (Ukrainian metal)
