Russia’s government will not restrict sales of titanium to U.S. aircraft maker Boeing as retaliation to the latest set of U.S. sanctions, as it will hurt domestic titanium producer VSMPO-Avisma, Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov said.

“We will not support such decisions as they will primarily hurt sales of VSMPO-Avisma. Why would we make such decisions that affect our companies, our producers adversely?” he said. (Prime/Ukrainian metal)
