Sergey Belenky, chairman of the Federation of Metallurgists of Ukraine, believes that the US antidumping duties of 25% will hit Interpipe the most.
“In 2017 Interpipe accounted for 19% of pipe exports to US. Other market participants will experience much lower risks”, he said.
According to him, last year Ukraine also supplied 49 thousand tons of plate to US, with Azovstal Iron and Steel Works the main exporter.
But US accounts only for 5% of Azovstal’s exports. (Ukrainian metal)
