Metinvest decided to liquidate Donetskkoks, situated in Ukraine-uncontrolled territory, as a legal entity.
According to the official statement, the issues of the company liquidation and the creation of the liquidation committee are on the agenda of the annual shareholders meeting to be held on March 29.
In 2017 Donetskkoks decreased net loss 11.5-fold YoY, to 3.504 million UAH.
Undistributed profit as of the end of 2017 was 30.302 million UAH.
The company assets dropped by 56.7%, to 116.966 million UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
