Metinvest decided to shut down Donetskkoks on the temporarily uncontrolled territory of Ukraine because of the inability to secure its profitable operation.
The decision to liquidate the company was taken on March 29. All the shareholders voted in favor.
After all the creditors’ claims have been satisfied, the company might have some assets valued at 68.182 million UAH to distribute to the shareholders.
In 2017 Donetskkoks decreased net losses 11.5-fold YoY, to 2.504 million UAH.
The company undistributed profits totaled 30.302 million UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
