At the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting scheduled to be held remotely on January 22, Donetskkoks intends to appoint a new liquidator.
The current liquidator Mikhail Vergun is expected to be fired.
Instead, Konstantin Teneta will be suggested to be appointed.
