The head quarters of Highland Gold Mining will be moved to the business center on 4, Smolensky Boulevard.
The company has already signed an agreement with KR Properties. The size of the premises near the “Park Kultury” subway station is 1.7 thousand square meters.
The price of the deal is not disclosed.
The move will take place at the end of Q1 2018. JLL acted as the consultant.
Since March 2010 HGM HQ has been in the business center “Fabrika Stanislavskogo”, owned by O1 Properties. (Ukrainian metal)
