The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has allowed Berklemond Investments Ltd (Cyprus), a part of DCH of the businessman Alexander Yaroslavsky, to acquire Kadish Limited (Cyprus), owner of Evraz Sukhaya Balka.
Berklemond was granted the right to buy shares in the company, as the result it would exceed 50% of the votes in the company.
Evraz Sukhaya Balka is one of the leading mining companies of Ukraine. It mines for iron ore and employs some 3.5 thousand people. (Ukrainian metal)
