On October 11, Evraz Sukhaya Balka will hold an extraordinary meeting of shareholders, at which it is planned to rename the company into Sukhaya Balka.
“This year our enterprise turns 121. In the matter of renaming the company it was decided to retain the legendary name of Sukhaya Balka”, the company CEO Vitaly Bash commented.
The shareholders will also discuss the new edition of all the charter documents. (Ukrainian metal)
